I strongly recommend a couple of your own fans as exhaust to take advantage of the great airflow. The 3 included intake fans are great as they are but I think NZXT really intended for you to supply your own fans for exhaust. Running the 3 included fans for intake, no fans in the bottom. Vertical GPU, one 120mm exhaust fan on the rear and one 120mm fan on top near the back of the case as additional exhaust. With a single tower cooler with dual 120mm fans, it keeps my 5700X3D below 70 degrees at 100% load and keeps my 7900 GRE hot spot below 80 degrees at 100% load in synthetic benchmarks. There's loads of space out the back for cable management or to just stuff the cables in, whatever works for you, if you remove the drive cage which I did as I don't have any SATA drives. There's still plenty of space even with the drive cage but obviously a little less. Just be aware that there are no grommets on the cable passthroughs so you will be able to see cables through the side passthrough which is visible through the front glass. The same is true of the top passthrough when looking through the side window and that one is slightly worse because you have the mesh side panel behind so it highlights any cable mess that's back there. Keep the cables tidy and away from these areas if this bothers you. The included Velcro tie-downs were very handy and I didn't really need any additional cable ties but there are a few small ties supplied as well. There are some tie-down points on the rear of the case to tidy your power, USB and display cables if you wish which is a nice touch. Overall, quite happy with the case. The case is somewhat compact but still leaves plenty of space to show off your build. Highly recommend.
