If the goods returned are covered under our 7 day defective on arrival period (DOA) or a manufacturer's warranty there are no costs associated with returning an item to Paradigit.ie. If the returned goods are covered under the Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Off) you will be charged  €10,- for the return shipping and handling costs.

If you wish to return goods not covered under warranty or which are later discovered to not be covered under warranty (i.e. where the defect is the result of user damage) RMA costs will not be covered and you will be billed for shipping, handling and assessment.
