Within hours of your order being dispatched an email containing tracking information will be sent via DHL to the email address provided when you placed your order. 

Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number. These emails are normally sent out between 20:00 and 23:00. In addition, you can follow the status in your My Paradigit account under open orders.
