The Mystery Black Boxes are made possible by:

1. Competitions are organized by Paradigit under the trade name KBV B.V., located at Lodewijkstraat 46, 5652 AC Eindhoven. The following terms and conditions apply to the competition.

2. There will be a total of 10 winners of the Mystery Blackbox: 8 for Paradigit.nl and 2 for Paradigit.ie. The winners will be announced via one of our social media channels and will receive a notification by email.

3. Participation takes place when you make a purchase during the promotion period from November 11 to December 2 and have activated your participation.

4. The prize will be sent to the winner at a later date. Due to the right of return, the prize will be distributed 14 business days after the announcement of the winners.

5. Only one entry per person is allowed for the competition.

6. Participants are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when entering a contest or competition.

7. To participate, entrants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the Netherlands. All other participants are excluded from entry. Minors under the age of 18 may only participate in the promotional game with parental/guardian consent.

8. The winner is selected randomly and impartially.

9. The winner will be notified personally via email after the end of the promotion.

10. The winner must respond to Paradigit's email or message within 5 business days of first contact. If there is no response after 5 business days, a new winner will be selected.

11. Paradigit reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to amend or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotion period, or to modify or adjust the promotion without giving reasons, unless this would disadvantage the participant.

12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, and/or services.

13. Employees of KBV B.V. and PDCWeb B.V. are excluded from participation.

14. Personal data obtained in connection with competitions will be used by Paradigit solely for the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

15. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you also agree to receive information from Paradigit via email in the form of newsletters. You can unsubscribe from these at a later time.

16. In cases not covered by these terms, Paradigit will make a decision.

17. Paradigit conducts its promotions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance as of January 1, 2014.

18. These terms are governed by Dutch law.

19. Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
